INL attracts high-quality interns, graduate fellows, and postdoctoral researchers from across the2019 INL intern poster sessionUnited States and around the world.INL cultivates two critical university consortiums by engaging with faculty nationally and regionally, under the National University Consortium and the Center for Advanced Energy Studies. The National University Consortium is comprised of five strategically aligned nuclear engineering departments at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Ohio State University, Oregon State University, North Carolina In its third year, the Center for Advanced Energy Studies Summer Visiting Faculty Program has grown to a network State University, and the University of Newof over 75 INL and university researchers collaborating on proposalsMexico that contribute to defining the research needs in support of INLs cleanresources with the University of Idaho, Idahotwo collaborative frameworks complement energy initiatives.
